Can’t decide on a package?

Let’s start with deciding on the purpose of the photoshoot. Need photos for social media? For a creative portfolio? Or, perhaps, you need a family portrait or just need to know how other people see you? The Light package will suit you just right if we’ve worked together before, and you just need some new portraits.

A Medium package is a good choice for almost any purpose except group portraits of more than 7 people. A Medium package is also a preferable choice for our first work together.

A Premium package is ideal for working on multiple creative ideas in one shoot, as well as for family and group portraits.

An Event photography package is for those who need a detailed photo report on a social occasion or a formal gathering.

How do I cancel or postpone our shoot?

Please, let me know about a delay, and I’ll contact the venue for the possibility of an extended visit for an extra fee.

If the venue’s already overbooked, we’ll try to get everything done within the time that’s left.

Being in a right mood is the most crucial thing, so let’s not panic.

Please, note that the price of a package and studio time can’t be reduced because of a delay.

What do I do if I’m late to the studio?

Depends on the rules of the particular studio. I’ll inform you about all the details as soon as possible.

I need photos but can’t decide on the style and everything.

Just let me know in a comment when placing your order. We’ll talk, and I’ll offer several ideas just for you. I’ll also help you to choose a location/studio, recommend a stylist and make-up artist, and help you to decide on the overall approach to the shoot.

I’ve placed an order. What’s next?

I will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your booking, the package, discuss extra requirements, and choose the day and time for the shoot.

If you choose a Medium or Premium package, we’ll decide on a day a week or two in advance. This gives us the time to meet and get to know each other, decide on the style and venue of the shoot. Within 24 hours after our meeting, I’ll book a venue and send all the details, including day, time, address, and a checklist that’ll help you to prepare for the shoot. If the studio of choice requires a prepayment, I’ll send you the payment details for a booking deposit that’ll need to be paid within 24 hours to confirm booking. Please, be sure to send me a payment confirmation (a screenshot or a photo of a receipt) so that I could pass it to the studio manager due time.

Please, arrive at the venue 5 to 10 minutes before the agreed time of the shoot.

After we finish with the shoot, you transfer the payment to my bank account. In 15 days after the shoot I’ll deliver the photos according to the format of the package.

I can retouch and/or print extra photos from the shoot for an extra fee.

An early delivery of the photos is also available for an extra fee if we agreed so in advance.

How do I prepare for a shoot?

For a great photoshoot, there’s something more important than a great venue, a breath-taking outfit, or impeccable make-up. Your comfort and trust to the photographer will do the better part of the magic. Also, sleeping well and resting the day before will definitely help. Try to not plan anything important for the day of the shoot for not getting tired and nervous.

Let’s make our photoshoot a small personal celebration of yourself, not an exam.

Please, don’t panic if something doesn’t go as you planned or imagined. Nothing’s more important than your feeling comfortable and content.
